Internal Remodel of a Large HMO - Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria
Following extensive past experience working on Houses in Multiple Occupation, West Point House in Barrow approached Architectural Assistance to help them convert several existing bedrooms into pairs of en-suites to help them align with updated guidance and retain existing contracts, with several major local employers. We obtained all required approvals, appointed the contractors and oversaw the works on site.
